The one thing I took away from the book was a reminder. Something small. Something I've done before, but forgotten about when planning my latest set of projects. But it will make a significant difference.

It is a trivial task for me to write a simple php script that will reveal a progressively longer list of links to articles I have uploaded in advance. As well as highlight a different "Article of the Week", insert different introductory paragraphs and give an air of freshness to a static site which deserves more attention than it gets from its webmaster.

This is the essence of 'education'. I didn't learn the technical skill of how to do this from your book - but it "drew out of me" the ability to apply what I can do in a different context to solve a problem I have been thinking about. For that, I am extremely grateful.

You brought up a lot of good points. I really liked the simple, but why didn't I think of it idea to add an introductory paragraph to articles.

Of course you can't often legally edit a lot of articles you grab online, but by adding that intro and mixing up content / ads etc. you can still have some success with recycled content. Build slow and steady, mix in some unique content and you can succeed!

First thing that striked me is about using top-paying keywords to build our content focused pages. I find that this strategy has been debunked unfortunately, as it might prove to be overly competitive, esp. when depending on Search Engine traffic.

Other than that, I'm quite amazed at how condensed the whole report has been in introducing excellent steps, resources and latest powerful, proven softwares.

The 8-step process will prove truly useful. So are the 3-ways to tackle the projects according to financial wherewithals. Reading your outlined methods, anyone should be able to make progressive decisions.

One thing I don't find taught much anywhere else is the section on how to customize Public Label Reports. It's quite eye opening how things are being done here. However brief it is, Thanks for letting us know!
